411 on upcoming great shows in Louisville
I vouch for this series - they're cheap concerts done by the Louisville public music radio station in conjunction with the Noncom Convention (that's noncommercial radio). Here's the 411:

91.9 WFPK wants to thank our listeners with two concerts presenting the very best in AAA music as part of the 2006 NON-COMMvention. Friday night will feature the Tex-Mex rock superstars, Los Lonely Boys, the alternative pop of World Party with their first record in 9 years and Indiana-based jamband Umphree’s McGee. Saturday night will feature the new sound of southern rock, The Drive By Truckers, hippy bluegrass from Colorado from Yonder Mountain String Band, the last of the old guard, the reigning king of bluegrass, Dr. Ralph Stanley and the prince of alt-country, the Alejandro Escovedo Orchestra.

Guy Clark recommendations
Okay, hopefully this isn't too fluffy a topic, but the Mr. and I got a bit of a tax refund this year, and we plan to expand our music collection some.

If you could only get one Guy Clark album, which one would it be?
